Facility Grid

The facility grid is your main interface for initiating calls. It shows the channels your FE has configured, organized into pages.

Grid Layout

Each page is a 4-column × 3-row grid — 12 channel slots per page. Use the page selector at the top-right of the grid to switch pages.

Channel Button

Each button shows:

Channel States

Online Green Yes.
Offline Gray No. Consolidation may route to the parent.
Your Position (YOU badge) Blue No — can't call yourself.
Consolidated (CON badge) Blue No — you're already covering it.
What is consolidated?
When a child position is offline, its parent position covers it automatically. If you're the parent, that child's channel shows CON. See Consolidation.

Click Actions

Each channel has a ring type (Dial or Override) configured by your FE. Click does whatever the ring type says; Ctrl+Click is always Monitor.

Pages

When more than one page exists, a page selector appears in the grid header. Each page has its own channel arrangement and a custom name set by your FE.
