Facility Grid
The facility grid is your primary interface for initiating calls. It displays all configured channels for your facility organized into pages.
Grid Layout
The grid is arranged as 4 columns by 3 rows, displaying up to 12 channels per page:

Channel Button Anatomy
Each channel button displays several pieces of information:

| Short Name | Primary identifier displayed prominently (e.g., "TWR", "GND", "1A") |
| Display Name | Full name shown below short name (e.g., "Tower", "Ground") |
| Status Dot | Top-right corner indicator showing online/offline status |
| Border Color | Custom color configured by FE, shown when online |
Channel States
Channels display different visual states based on their status:

What is Consolidated?
A consolidated channel is one where you're covering for an offline position through the consolidation hierarchy. You can't call yourself, so these channels are disabled. See Consolidation for details.

Click Actions
Channel buttons support three click actions:

| Call | Left Click | Initiates standard two-way call |
| Override | Shift + Click | Immediate two-way connection |
| Monitor | Ctrl + Click | Silent one-way listening |

Page Navigation
When multiple pages are configured, a page selector appears in the grid header:
- Shows current page number and total (e.g., "1 / 3")
- Click to open dropdown menu of all pages
- Each page has a custom name configured by the FE
- Click a page name to switch to it
Page Header
The top of the grid displays:
- Page Name - Left side, shows current page's custom name
- Page Selector - Right side, dropdown to switch pages (only visible with 2+ pages)
Empty Slots
Grid positions without channels display as empty slots with subtle borders. These indicate available positions for FEs to configure channels.
Channel Colors
Each channel can have a custom border color configured by the FE. Common conventions:
- ■ Blue - Default/Center positions
- ■ Green - Tower/Ground
- ■ Orange - Approach/Departure
- ■ Red - Important/Supervisor
- ■ Purple - TMU/Special
