Keyboard Shortcuts

Quick reference for all keyboard and mouse shortcuts in Landline.

Channel Grid Actions

These actions are performed by clicking on a channel button in the facility grid.

Action	Shortcut	Description
CALL	`Click`	Standard two-way call - rings the target position
OVERRIDE	`Shift + Click`	Priority one-way broadcast - immediately connects and cuts target's audio
MONITOR	`Ctrl + Click`	Silent listen-only - hear the target without them knowing

Use Override and Monitor Carefully

Override immediately connects and cuts the target's audio - use only for urgent situations
Monitor is silent monitoring - the target receives an alert sound periodically

Window Controls

Action	How To
Expand Window	Hover over the collapsed status bar
Collapse Window	Move mouse away from the expanded panel
Pin Window Expanded	Click the Pin button in the title bar
Free-Float Mode	Drag the window away from its dock position
Return to Dock	Click a dock position in Settings

Pending Call Actions

Actions available when you have incoming calls in the Pending Calls panel.

Button	Action
Accept (checkmark)	Accept the incoming call
Reject (X)	Decline the incoming call
Merge	Add caller to existing call as conference

Active Call Actions

Actions available during an active call.

Button	Action
End Call (red)	Disconnect from the call
Hold (pause)	Place the call on hold
Resume (play)	Resume a held call
Transfer (arrow)	Transfer the call to another position

Control Panel Buttons

Located at the bottom of the expanded panel.

Button	Function
Dialer (phone)	Open manual dialer / position directory
Log	View call history
Settings (gear)	Open audio and display settings
Logout	Log out and return to login screen
